Ohno Bakufu (1888 -1976)

painter. He studied Western painting under Kotaro Nagahara, and was active in Hakuba-kai, Pacific Art, and Koufu-kai. After that, he turned into a printmaker and published a print collection "Dai Nippon Fish Art Collection" that vividly depicts the ecology of fish from all over Japan. This work was 500-pages limited woodcut collection distributed to members, but a total of 72 points were published from 1937 to 1948, representing a bakufu-style painting.
