Original print

Born in Brittany, France in 1885.1910, He exchange with Akiko Yosano at the salon in Paris. In 1926 he came to Japan for the first time as a French teacher of the former high school.When he entered the world of printmaking in 1935, he created a black-and-white woodblock print with a pen touch.In 1955 he was awarded the prize from country, and in 1965 he received the title of an honorary citizen from Tokyo.
