岡田行一(1907～1991)
明治40年東京生まれ。洋画家。文化学院卒業後、石井柏亭・有馬生馬に師事。
はじめは帝展、のちに日展にて作品を発表しました。その後一水会会員となり活動しました。
代表的な作品は富士山を背景に用いた、日本の景勝地を描いた12枚のシリーズです。

Kohichi Okada (1907-1991)
Born in Tokyo in 1907. Western-style painter. After graduating from Bunka Gakuin, studied under Ishii Kashiwatei and Arima Ikuma.
He first exhibited his works at the Teiten Exhibition and later at the Nitten Exhibition. Later, he became a member of Issuikai.
His most representative works are a series of 12 paintings depicting scenic spots in Japan, using Mount Fuji in the background.
