If you feel lonely, drink sake. May the Tengu of Mount Hiko appear.
Perhaps he felt a sense of affinity with the Tengu, who sought out solitude and yet felt lonely and deep sadness as he lived in seclusion in the mountains.

自ら求めて孤独になりながら、やはり寂しいという,深い悲しみを抱きながら山に隠棲している天狗に親近感を覚えたのかも知れない。
